This week, the contractor began forming the bridge deck over the DuPage River, completed erection of the bridge lookout steel, received delivery of bridge deck rebar, excavated the west compensatory storage area, placed aggregate subbase on Naperville Road and 143rd Street, and installed seed and blanket along the multi-use path.
Next week, the contractor will continue work on Naperville Road, the bridge deck, and earth excavation.
