- Earthwork for the new 143rd St. roadway and detention ponds.
- Summer 2024
- Continued earthwork for the 143rd St. roadway improvements.
- Roadway widening improvements along Ridge Rd. and Johnson Rd.
- Complete water main along 143rd St.
- Installation of storm sewer along 143rd St.
- Construction of the new 143rd St. curb and gutter and asphalt pavement improvements.
- Fall 2024
- Complete construction of all roadway improvements including final lift of asphalt, shoulder stone, and ditch grading
- Complete pavement markings, signage, and landscape restoration.
- Installation of the new permanent traffic signal at 143rd St. and Ridge Rd.
- Open the new 143rd St. west extension!

- Complete street light installation
