This week the contractor completed mainline paving of 143rd Street between IL 126 and Naperville Road, poured turn lanes, adjusted structures for curb placement, continued installation of lighting and traffic signal foundations and conduit, installed conduit attached to the bridge, planted trees, and graded and placed topsoil along Naperville Road.
Next week the contractor will complete the pavement between IL 126 and the bridge, install curb and gutter and medians, continue grading and placing topsoil, seed and blanket, complete the bridge median and parapet walls, and continue installing lighting and traffic signal foundations and conduit.
