This week, the contractor continued installing bridge median reinforcement and parapet railing, prepping for mainline pavement, placing asphalt on IL 126 and Naperville Road, and installing traffic signal and light pole foundations.
Next week, the contractor will continue concrete paving operations on 143rd Street between Naperville Road and IL 126, including extended work hours due to the volume of concrete placement, as well as overnight saw cutting of contraction joints, in addition to ongoing electrical and bridge work.
