This week the contractor continued installing the bridge bike railing, poured the concrete bridge walls, finished the gateway monument signs, laid out tree locations, placed topsoil and mulch along the outside of the Fletcher Lake retaining wall, began planting vines along the Fletcher Lake wall, and started placing asphalt for Stage 2 paving on Naperville Road.
Next week the contractor will continue installing the bridge bike railing, prepare and install steel reinforcement for the bridge median, continue placing topsoil, mulch, and vines along the Fletcher Lake wall, begin planting trees, finish asphalt paving on Naperville Road and IL 126, and start preparing for roadway placement between IL 126 and Naperville Road.
