This Week
The contractor continued underdrain installation along 143rd Street between IL 126 and Naperville Road and made progress on steel detailing for the bridge. Erosion control was installed at the West Norman Drain, while excavation work advanced for both the multi-use path along 143rd Street and the compensatory storage area. In addition, watermain adjustments were completed on Naperville Road, and crews installed additional pavement as well as curb and gutter on IL 126.
Next Week
The contractor will continue underdrain installation, steel detailing for the bridge, excavation for the multi-use path, and excavation for the compensatory storage area. Crews also plan to place HMA binder on IL 126.
